Lead Generation – Identification, compilation, and delivery of potential business contacts.

Trucking Dispatch – Coordination, scheduling, and facilitation of freight transportation activities for motor carriers, owner-operators, and logistics providers.

Call Center Campaigns – Inbound and outbound telecommunication support, customer service, and telemarketing.

We expressly reserve the right to:

Modify, suspend, or terminate any Service at Our sole discretion without notice or liability.

Refuse service to any person or entity for any lawful reason.

3. Client Responsibilities and Acknowledgments
By engaging Our Services, You expressly agree and represent that:

You are solely and entirely responsible for all business decisions, legal compliance, operational activities, and outcomes resulting from Your use of Our Services.

You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to transportation, privacy, marketing, and telecommunication laws.

You have obtained all necessary licenses, permits, authorizations, and consents required to operate Your business and perform Your obligations.

4. No Guarantee of Results
While We endeavor to perform Our Services with reasonable skill and care, We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the quantity, quality, or profitability of leads, loads, calls, or business outcomes generated through Our Services.

You acknowledge that market conditions, operational decisions, and third-party factors beyond Our control materially influence outcomes, and You assume full responsibility for all results derived from Our Services.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

CNH Dispatch LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, exemplary, or other damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or Services, even if We have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.

Your negligence, misconduct, or wrongful acts.

Any dispute between You and a third party, including but not limited to customers, carriers, or vendors.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, software, and materials displayed on or accessible through the Website are owned or licensed by CNH Dispatch LLC and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, license, or create derivative works from such materials without Our prior written consent.
